Choose a delivery option at checkout. The options, prices and free-delivery thresholds for where you're sending your order are listed below.
Dispatch
We dispatch on UK working days only, Monday to Friday, so allow for this when you order at the weekend.
Order before 3pm with Royal Mail 24h or DPD 24h and your order goes out the same working day.
Order before 3pm with Royal Mail 48h and it goes out the next working day.
Delivery times are in working days, counted from dispatch.
Where we can't deliver
We can't ship to freight forwarders, lockers, depots, PO boxes, military bases or any similar third-party address, and we can't be held responsible for lost, delayed or damaged parcels sent to one. Please give a full delivery address that you or someone you trust can receive at; orders sent to an ineligible address may be cancelled and refunded. Tracking your order
Once you've ordered, you'll get an order confirmation email.
While the warehouse prepares your parcel, its status on your account page shows as Processing.
When it's dispatched you'll get a dispatch email with your tracking link, and the status changes to Dispatched. Tracking numbers only go live once the carrier scans the parcel, which can take up to 48 hours, so an inactive number doesn't always mean a delay.
